Sycamore Class Bocketts Farm Visit - Report from Miss Crespo

Our day started a little bit wet but that didn't stop us from having a great time. When we arrived at the farm the guide explained all the rules to make sure that we were safe. We had a fantastic adventure on a tractor ride where our bottoms got a bit soggy. This was very funny and Sycamore Class dealt with it with big smiles!

We fed goats, sheep and alpacas as well as learnt how to milk a goat, showing lots of courage getting close to stroke it. We also stroked a rabbit, a chicken and a guinea pig. Sycamore children were so brave!

We also enjoyed a farm walk and visited the kitchen garden where we showed off our phonics skills. Next it was time to have lunch and share some of our experiences.

We thoroughly enjoyed the pig race, putting all our energy into cheering them on before having some free time at the soft play area!
